Our client wanted to renovate and extend their existing property, upgrading an old garage, and providing new study, utility, playroom and extended kitchens and bedrooms.
We sought to integrate the building into the existing landscaped gardens. Looking to enclose and focus views and provide light and spacious accomodation.

This project involved converting a Public House into a large residence, providing contemporary interventions into the existing buildng and converting the loft area nto further accommodation. The facade was given a facelift and a modern atrium stair was created bringing light into the house.

Former petrol station site required decontamination, then we formed a staggered terrace form to allow it to integrate into the surrounding area in scale and proportion. Basement Parking was provided to free up garden space to the rear
